.Mushrooms– Baby portabellas…yum! This is not a half jar of mushrooms but it was a full jar before it was pickled. The mushrooms are very concentrated with flavor and the solution is phenomenal to make a gravy or sauce for any meal. The flavor is earthy and beefy but there is no beef flavoring used in our process. If you are a mushroom fan then these are for you! I made them for my son, although I do not eat mushrooms, he loves the pickled mushrooms and eats them right out of the jar. I use the solution for marinades, flavoring and sauces!!!
